Engagement
Dance, Dance, Dance
This brief and dynamic energizer involves playful dancing in small groups. The music switches up periodically, and each member gets a chance to lead the dance. The goal is to create a fun and lighthearted atmosphere within the group, serving as a contrast to more serious group activities.
Workshop steps
Divide the group into teams consisting of 3-5 members each.
Inform participants that as the music begins, one individual from each group should start dancing, with the rest following their lead. When the tune switches, a different member takes over as the dance leader. Encourage bold, wild dance moves and movement throughout the area. Swap the song approximately every 30 seconds. Ensure enough songs are played for each group member to lead at least once. Conclude by gradually lowering the music volume and initiating a massive cheer.
Revise the text to maintain the structure, while making it straightforward and easy to follow.
