Business Model Canvas
When developing and testing your idea, it's important to keep your business model in mind. One effective tool for doing so is the Business Model Canvas, which prompts you to consider crucial aspects such as your revenue stream, necessary partnerships, and essential resources. As you refine your idea and move towards implementation, you may need to revisit the canvas multiple times to account for changes.
Workshop steps
Acquire and print a Business Model Canvas for every team member. Use this excellent one.
Gather your team and begin completing the Business Model Canvas sections. During the initial attempt, anticipate some gaps. It's fine if you don't have all the details figured out yet.
It's okay to take a break from completing the sheet if you need to gather more information.
Once completed, display the Business Model Canvas in your work area. As with all aspects of the human-centered design process, you'll need to improve it. Think about creating a new one as your project advances.
